Workforce 3 Is Coming to Dania Beach: Your Next Chapter Starts Here

A career can begin with one decision to show up. This October, Eco Ed Impact Corp invites Dania Beach residents and neighbors to explore Brownfields Job Training Cohort 3: a chance to gain practical skills, train alongside others, and prepare for opportunities in environmental and safety-related work.

The program combines hands-on learning with training in areas such as HAZWOPER, OSHA Disaster Site Worker, CPR, Community Emergency Response, and lead-safe work. Participants learn skills they can carry into the workplace and use to help keep their families and communities safer.

We have seen what that journey can mean. Our Workforce 2 participants completed their training and celebrated their achievements at graduation, with family and friends beside them. For some, wearing a cap and gown was a first. Workforce 3 is an invitation for the next group of learners to take that step.

Come meet us in Dania Beach. Our in-person enrollment event is Saturday, October 10, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Dania Beach Lions Club, 501 SW 4th Avenue. Meet a graduate, learn about the training, ask questions, and complete an application. Bring your ID. Children are welcome, and light food will be provided.

Cohort 3 has 20 seats, and training begins October 16. Training is available at no cost to eligible participants.
